Benny and his remarkable staff go the extra mile to make sure we know we are valued from the friendly greetings when entering the clinic, to ensuring we get frames suited to our facial shape with the best lenses in those frames. The differences between types of lenses are always explained in easy-to-understand terms so that we can make the best choices for our individual needs. For over 10 years, we have always received excellent quality glasses that have been measured and cut accurately the first time. When the glasses are ready for pick-up, Benny ensures they fit properly and comfortably.
The clinic is clean and inviting. There is an impressive array of frames to choose from, and expert help is always given during that process. Customer satisfaction is a top priority at Campus Eyes.

After hearing good things about Campus Eyes, I opted to have my vision checked, and found out that I required glasses. As someone who has never required glasses before, I was completely overwhelmed with the seemingly endless choices of frames displayed on the walls. Thankfully Benny pointed me in the right direction. He was quick and efficient, picking stylish glasses that worked well with my face shape, and provided honest feedback when they didn't work well. He answered all of my questions and was very patient with me while I juggled with all of the different choices. The female present while Benny is gone is absolutely lovely and very helpful as well! The establishment is very clean, professional, stylish and extremely welcoming. If you are looking for a location for an eye exam, a new pair of glasses or shades, I highly recommend going here to do it!

BEST EYE CARE EVER!!!!!!!!!!
I wish there was a 100 star option because Benny and his amazing and incredible team deserve it. I have been going to see Benny for 15 plus years for eye care, and you couldn't pay me to go anywhere else. He has always made me feel more like family, not just another customer. He is honest, kind and incredibly generous. Unlike most businesses out there, Benny is not worried about the bottom line, he cares about his customers and whats best for them.
As soon as I walked in, Benny gave me a great big wave and smile, even though he was in with another customer. His store is beautiful, clean and so well organized. Then I was greeted with a warm bubbly hello and welcome from the girl running the front. She was so nice, and had a smile on her face the whole time. And when I asked if she could open the window cause I was a little warm, she jumped up and opened the window right away, then asked if there was anything else she could do. Next the optometrist that gave my exam was super sweet and friendly and made me feel so comfortable. She answered all my questions and was also so patient, especially when I had to ask her to do a couple of the things twice. Extremely Impressed. Side note; the bathroom is spotless, and that is another example of Benny making sure his customers are taken care of.
Then Benny himself helped me pick out my glasses. Which was so helpful, because he has such an amazing selection, it was so hard to pick. He kept finding me ones to try on until, Jackpot!!! We found the perfect pair and I was Ecstatic!!!
He even gave me a great deal. Again always taking care of his customers.
Bottom line, I just want to thank Benny and his team for yet another great experience, for taking the time to help me and make sure I was happy.
What a better world this would be if more business treated their customers like family and not just money in their pockets.

I’ve been a customer for 5 years. The staff and Doc Benny have always been professional. They understand that I am student on budget and they always try to bless me with prices that fit in that budget. He cares a lot about making sure you have the right eye-wear and making sure you feel comfortable coming back for more service.

A friend introduced me to Benny.
He and his staff are truly gracious and professional! I've advanced to "full time" progressive lenses. In the past, I've struggled with choosing frames. I dont generally suit glasses. Whatever that means...smile!
Benny saw me try a pair of frames on and right away, he knew the perfect frames. I tried them on... My friend approved immediately and Benny confidently nodded. I decided to get them. Even though I went back the next day "just to make sure", they were indeed the ones!. Benny was definitely right!
As for the lenses, they are perfect!

I am a returning customer of Benny's for two years - I have purchased two pairs of glasses two years ago, and two pairs recently. I was very impressed by the quality of service and the frames/eyeglasses themselves.
Benny was quick and professional - he fit and adjusted my glasses in a very short time. I have been to other shops where I had trouble getting a good fit, or had to return several times because of issues with the lenses/frames. Benny seems to get it right the first time, which is a huge time and effort saver.
Benny also has a quality selection of frames and lenses. I have purchased two sets of titanium frames, and they are holding up fine after two years. Some in his collection are more expensive, but I think they are good investments. As someone with a deep prescription, Benny also offered a nice, thin lenses with a blue coat filter. I can spend most of my day in front of a screen, and I have gotten a lot less headaches with these lenses.
In summary, Benny has made the biennial eyeglass purchasing process quick, painless and error-free. He may not offer the cheapest glasses around, but I believe the service he provides is worth it. For anyone on the fence about his prices - I think he will be worth the extra cost in terms of time saved and the quality of product.

Benny, the owner, is an absolute professional and also a real nice guy . My experience with him has always been positive, he is very knowledgeable, takes his time and goes over and beyond what one expects. The facility is top class, always very clean and lots of product. However its the care and customer service that makes the difference. I would always go back and I have a few friends who I have sent to Campus Eyes that share the same sentiments. Amazing customer service and such a wonderful experience. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous and very fast! After a relaxing eye exam, I was guided to select glasses that I preferred and that were suggested for me, as well. After the selection the helpful Optician assisted me with my purchase, even knowing what my plan covered based on where my spouse and I worked. Fantastic! Glasses were ordered once all was confirmed. Looking forward to my stylish glasses.

My experience at Campus Eyes has been good both times; I am a repeat customer and would go again.
The customer service was exceptional and beyond duty from everyone there. Benny also patiently answered all questions and helped me find frames based on what I was looking for, my price range, and what suited my face colouring and shape. I found him willing to work with my limited budget and I left very happy with my purchases and the price I paid.
I find the frames to be of lasting quality, and there are more options that I actually like and would be happy wearing.
Both times I purchased frames there, I had first tried on many frames and asked about total prices in a good number of stores in KW area, so my experience and knowledge of prices and frames isn't limited to Campus Eyes. Their prices are reasonable and their quality is good, their service excellent. I would go again.
